Terms and Policies for Activities, Tours and Surf Lessons
-Payment is due in full at booking.
-No refunds or credits for any tours canceled within 48 hours of booked time.
-Credit or full refund apply to the original form of payment (less processing fee or %) for tours canceled due to extreme weather conditions.
-Full refund to the original form of payment if a purchase cannot be processed due to overbooking.
-No refunds of credits will be allotted for no-shows or missed appointments.
Terms and Policies For Surf Camps, and Customs Vacation Packages
-Non-refundable deposit of 50% at registration
-Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
-Full credit if canceled before 60 days of arrival date.
-No refunds or credits for cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date.
-Home rentals and hotels have their own cancellation policies that Nosara Family Surf are not liable for.
-No refunds or credits for any tours canceled within 48 hours of booked appointment.
-No refunds of credits for no-shows or missed appointments.
Terms and Conditions for Unavailable Requested Activites, Tours and Lessons
-If your requested date/time of activity, tour or lessons are not available we will email you alternative dates/times to be confirmed. You have 24 hours to reply to this email in order to claim a full refund or accept the change of itinerary.
*please note that overbooking and unavailable date/time requests are rare and generally only occur during peak high season times such as Christmas and March Break.
Liability
-We work with Nosara's most reputable and safe companies but Nosara Family Surf is not liable or responsible for any personal injury or damages during your activities, tours, and lessons. Please note that all third party companies have their own independent conditions and policies. By checking the Terms and Conditions box you also release Nosara Family Surf from all liability for yourself and anyone you are booking for through this website.
